RIP Donna Summer
« on: May 17, 2012, 09:28:15 AM »
Very sad news as the biggest disco era diva passes away at the age of 63.

My fave Donna Summer song:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/-OMvWWPX25c?version=3&amp;amp;hl=en_US&amp;amp;rel=0" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/-OMvWWPX25c?version=3&amp;amp;hl=en_US&amp;amp;rel=0</a>

Gonna have to break out her greatest hits CD (all I have of her unfortunately), and give it a listen.

RIP. Have to say that "I Feel Love" song is terrible, but she did have some songs that were good.

I have so many good memories of dancing to her songs with friends, so sad.

Have ya'll read what Elton John wrote about the Rock and Roll Hall of fame not inducting her?  He called it a disgrace.  I agree.
