Transfering beer to secondary fermentation for a three week conditioning period at 60 degrees

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

May I just interject, Bob, and say that for a bachelor, your home is remarkably clean and orderly. No aspersions being cast, just an observation.

Well, you see I am fairly neat and...........HEY!

I think my orderliness comes from my German half............and having cleaners come every other week!

My printer can print out 13 by 19 photo paper, so........ printed out the logo and put it on the fridge.   The iphone camera is a little rough and it looks better than it appears in the below photo.    I think I need to cut off the top and bottom extra white space......

Saturday is brewing beer, brewing mead and bottling our first beer batch.

Okay..........

1.  Bottled first batch, have 37 pints
2.  Brewed an American Ale
3.  Brewed 3 gallons of honey-orange mead.
