Just watched this -- apparently Thomas Ian "Terry Silver" Griffith is in it but I didn't recognize him. Who is Agent Jim McGrath?

Rewatching xXx right now, McGrath is the agent at the very beginning of the movie, the one who gets to attend the Rammstein concert.
