On one hand, Die Hard and Die Hard with a Vengeance are totally awesome.

On the other hand, Justin Long.

I can tolerate Justin Long (when he is getting hit with dodge balls), what I can't tolerate is PG-13 action movies. Especially ones that are sequels to great "R" rated ones. That is the rumor anyway that it will be PG-13. UGH!

I feel the same way every time I see that scene from 'Happy Gilmore' when Bob Barker is beating the snot out of Adam Sandler.  The only thing that would make that scene any better is if it were Tom Green on the receiving end, and Drew Barrymore delivering them.....

(Apologies to any Adam Sandler and Tom Green fans out there...)

Yeah, I'm looking forward to Die Hard 4.  As long as Justin Long isn't the Chris Tucker of the film, I think it should be pretty fun.  I am a little worried that Len "Underworld" Wiseman is directing it, though.

So what's the premise here?  John McClane goes to New Hampshire?  Does that mean the climactic fight scene will take place during a white-out blizzard on top of Mount Washington? (Well, I guess that would be economical:  blowing snow is probably much cheaper to film than Bruce Willis.)

My point:  very silly title -- though not silly enough to take the "Goofiest Movie Title of the Year" crown from "Blood and Chocolate".  Too bad.

For our international readers, I should explain that the state motto of New Hampshire is "Live Free or Die."  Some studio wizard obviously thought combining motto with movie series title made a lot of sense.  Somehow, the increased ticket sales in Concord and Derry probably won't make up for the "Huh?" reaction in the rest of the country.

Seriously, you overestimate the "subtlety" of the title; I think most people will "get" it.

I'm going to quote this rather than edit, as I screwed-up and mis-spelled "Forward."
Still, my original question stands....

Arizona's motto is "Ditat Deus" or God Enriches ::).

California's btw is "Eureka!"
