Rowing - A rowing machine is a piece of exercise equipment. There are probably other machine names along the same vein.
Turing - You may want to remove the -ing at the end of this one. That's starting to get repetitive.
The - A reference to Albert Pujols, and Person of Interest. Also a reference to a gang called "The Machines" in a DnD scenario I recall having read about once.

In Futurama, Professor Farnsworth's machine that makes glow in the dark noses and translates languages into betacrypt3 is referred to as the "Nose Machine" on fan wikis (but probably not in the actual show.)

Add and Row are great names. Sew isn’t bad either. And while ‘nose’ might be a little obscure, it does remind me of ‘noise machine’, or maybe ‘white noise’.
