Dear K1,
I'm sorry

.....not really  ;D

It's all good.  I'm honestly surprised we're doing as well as we are given how we started out.

In other news, Nick Blackburn is still a worthless sack of shit.

During this long slump for the Phillies, Larry Anderson on the radio has been saying somebody was gonna pay.  They were just joking about it now as Blackburn left the game.

Or maybe Blackburn just sucks.  That strikes me as a simpler explanation.

Didn't make it through 4 innings for the 4th time in his last 5 starts just now.   :speechless:

Meanwhile, Duensing continues to make me wonder what the hell he's still doing in the bullpen instead of the starting rotation.
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

Edwin Jackson walks eight and no hits the Rays?

And 149 pitches? What is it, 1969?!? That's fuckin' old-school!

....And the Cubs suspend Carlos Zambrano for throwing a tantram in the dugout and yelling at his teammates.    Boy, the Cubs sure are going to enjoy the next few years of the Zambrano contract and his annual 9 wins.   Could not happen to a more deserving loser and loser franchise.

In other news, Armando Galarraga was arrested early this morning for the murder of Jim Joyce and was released on $0.25 bond.  ;)

The Great Mustachioed Man wins again!  Pavano needs to kick some asses in the clubhouse like he's doing on mound so this team will show some signs of life.

Oh, and they beat an accused rapist - that should count for an extra win

Okay, I've had it - Gardenhire needs to be fired.  He clearly doesn't care about winning and is either unwilling or unable to motive the players.

It's time to see if the Twins front office actually cares about winning - if they don't find a new manager (and pitching coach while they're at it) then winning isn't important to them.
