I watched it a while ago and didn't care much for it myself, but it is probably worth checking out.

If you meant the more recent Street Fighter: Legend of Chun Li, Quiptracks did an excellent riff of that:

9.) Ben and Arthur (2003) This movie makes The Room look good in comparison.

8.) The Hottie and the Nottie (2008): And that's because Paris Hilton is such a talented, versatile actress.

7.) Car 54, Where are you? (1994): I saw this movie a long time ago with my uncle and again a few weeks ago. I hated the movie then, and I passionately hate this movie now. Acting sucks and so does the "comedy" bits.

6.) Cool as Ice (1991): Oh, my God. I do I need to give any more details?

5.) Sexette (1978): A "musical comedy"--what could possibly go wrong?

4.) Kazaam (1996): I can't believe I ever subjected my parents to this torture. I don't think I can ever forgive myself.

3.) They saved Hitler's Brain (1968): I would love to see the Rifftrax team rip this one to shreds. lol. This is the mother of Monster a Go-Go.

2.) If I ever see you again (1978): I don't understand this movie at all. Nothing in this movie makes any freaking sense! Acting is lame, dialogue is horrible, and there is no plausible character development in this entire movie--absolutely none.

1.) Can't Stop the Music (1980): The village people! How can Rifftrax not do a trax on this utterly crappy musical?
