Can't change iriff status from coming soon to available?

Me and my friend recently committed our first iriff and we have set our iriff to available multiple times, but it automatically resets our iriff to coming soon.
We are confused because we received an email saying that our file finished transcoding. How do we set our iriff to available for sale?
