Well, media hype aside, it looks like the Vikings are still Peterson's team. I'm not surprised. Favre managed the game today and did a good job - it was all he was asked to do (I don't even remember many deep passes being CALLED - the one that I do remember was ruled an incompletion even though it wasn't). I expect he'll get better in a few weeks.
As for every other team out there, let this be a lesson for you. You can put eight, nine guys in the box all game long - and AD can still run for 180 yards against you. How does it feel to know what's coming and not be able to stop it? Not good, I'll wager. Not good at all.
