Another awesome weather weekend but it's getting dry here..
Already a couple inches below normal and as the leaves continue to fall, the risk of fires increases :o

Tis migraine season.  2 days in a row this week I've had to leave work early because of a migraine... stupid allergies...  This better not happen Thursday.  I've got some CGI birds that need to be seen.

I heard that. Our local news in Lancaster is downplaying the possibility of a snow storm. They're saying we'll get a very cold and unpleasant rain.

It's in the 80s here during the day and in the 50s at night. Nice enough...for July. This is fucking bizarre for October. No wonder it doesnt' feel like Halloween.

Yeah, it's been unseasonably (and unpleasantly) warm in my neck of the woods, too.

Since my work is 99% walking around outside all day I can't complain too much! (Other than the migraines I've been getting.)

But next week looks like it's gonna be all sorts of wet which means I probably won't get much work done.  Weeks like that I hate being paid by the parcel I inspect.

So the 'Gloom and Doom' scenarios continue with the storm track of Hurricane Sandy..

It's now being described as the next Perfect Storm where Millions could be without power for weeks as a result of where it makes landfall.. :o

It's not too bad here in the Carolinas should any of you decide to evacuate southward for a bit..

Wait, parcel? I thought you were a meter man or something?

I'm inspecting houses for the assessors office.
