Wow, 7pm and the short walk I just took to buy some stuff at the Wawa was pretty brutal.
Haven't had time to acclimate to summer yet.

Got off work at 4pm and the Subaru  Forester's outside temp indicator said 100 degrees!  I used the AC for  the first time  'cause I don't like the drain on power it makes to the engine.  Then I went on a grocery run with all the windows down but I was still sweating by the time I was done.
And I'm worse than Hitler.

It's so bloody hot. I asked Ann if she'd like me to recreate a certain scene from Do The Right Thing for her and she liked the sound of that.  Now if I could just find a racist run pizza place to throw a dustbin through the window of...

That's what my friend Timario said when he posted it, his posts are almost universally entertaining but I'm leery about posting them here due to his tendency towards flavaful profanity and the like.

Wow, have never before seen my car temp display stay above 100 for the entire trip to and back from NJ, hitting 104 in a few spots.  10 day heat wave already and all of July and August to go, the electric bill is going to be ridiculous this summer...
