Reefer Menus.

Main menu.
Chapter selection page 1.
Chapter selection page 2.
Chapter selection page 3.
Color selection menu.
Main Menu music. (AC3 format).
Chapter Menu Music. (AC3 format).

Decided to add music to this with the color select menus.  Main menu music is from Reefer Madness the musical.  Chapter menu music (and color menu) is "Puff the Magic Dragon" by Peter, Paul, and Mary.

I am doing very simple menus for the re-riffs so I can have both riffs on the same disc.
