The Riff That Got Away...
« on: January 12, 2009, 05:21:30 PM »
Mistakenly moved this here from 'Board Games for the Board'... being quite spaced (overtired and mentally capacity reduced) at the time, I only just realized that it really doesn't go here, as this is more for announcements of full iRiffs and the like.  :-[

Sorry!

In Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders...

The kid's "Dey-ad" is cleaning up the house, trying not to act suspicious while secretly plotting to bump the evil monkey toy that kills when it claps it's cymbals into a bag. He is humming nonchalantly.

Missed riff: "Whatever you do, don't hum [1812 Overture part that leads up to cymbal clash]!"

It would be a lot funnier if I could actually sing that part instead of writing it out. You'll just have to trust me on that.

Yeah, they essentially did that line. It's "Oh, sorry, I thought you said [1812 overture]".
