Forbidden Zone - Color or B+W?

Without spoiling anything, is Forbidden Zone better in color or in black and white?

Personally, I think it's better in color. Richard Elfman said he always intended to colorize it, but couldn't because of his budget.

I've seen both editions and the colored one, to me, is way better. But don't take just my word for it :)

Ordinarily I would say B&W, but the color does add to the experience.  Details are brought out that were missed in B&W (in some cases a good and a bad thing).  And in the case of this movie, the color adds to the overall unsettling, surreal tone.
