Really? No Riff?

Yes really, no Riff.

(Is this excessive? Probably...but we really want to make sure there is no confusion)

So, if you're not riffing it, then Matthew Elliott must be. It's a Rifftrax Presents then?

Does your DVD have any of the special features from Fantoma Films' 2004 DVD release, or any new features (color aside)?

So what you're trying to say is you're not riffing it?  I'm confused!
[/imitation of what I hope for your sake is a small crowd of confused complainers]

I've never seen this movie, and I'm quite intrigued.  I might have to take a look see, just have to decide if I'll go for DVD or VOD...usually pick the DVD when given the choice.

I can't comment on the Fantoma release, but the Legend Film release (ie, our version) has the following:
    *   New Color Version
    * Introduction by Richard Elfman
    * Dolby Digital 5.1 Track
    * DTS 5.1 Track
    * Optional English Subtitles (SDH)
    * Closed Captions
    * Pop-Up Trivia
    * Japan Promo  (Elfman speaks Japanese!)
    * Extended Scene  (The Passion Of Squeezit)
    * Deleted Scenes in Color
    * Theatrical Trailer in Color
    * 16 x 9 Anamorphic WideScreen

Has anyone seen this movie?

I seem to recall (I could be imagining it) Issac talking about it...... but I dont remember if he liked it or not.

Issac talking about it...... but I dont remember if he liked it or not.

He used Danny Elfman as the devil for his avatar for, like, a year.  So I'm going to guess this film is Isaac-approved.

Oh yeah, I had forgotten that.

Some of the comments about the movie on www.imdb.com and www.amazon.com sound promising.

So does it also have the original B&W? Personally I hate colorizing and Legend was always good about having both on the DVD....

No B&W. I wondered about that as well, but in the intro Elfman does, he explains that he originally intended it to be in color...I can't say that is definitely the reason why the B&W isn't included, but it makes sense to me. I'm the same way with colorization most of the time, so I've always appreciated the remastered B&W we've done...but hey, if it's what the creator wants *shrugs*

As long as it's not the George Lucasy "I always intended it to be that way since I thought of it last week" reasoning I'm fine with it.
