I figured I'd start a new thread on the upcoming CT live riffing. Here's all we know right now: Date: Saturday, October 25, 2008 Place: State Theater 805 Hennepin Ave. Minneapolis, MN 55402 I'm sure some of you are going to fly out here for this. Here are the hotels that are the closest to the State Theater: 1. Chambers Hotel 901 Hennepin Ave Website: http://www.chambersminneapolis.com/2. Marriott 30 S 7th Street Website: http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/mspcc-minneapolis-marriott-city-center/3. Radisson 35 S 7th Street Website: http://www.radisson.com/hotels/mpls%20dtUPDATE (8/7/08) As far as a meet-up goes, I'm planning on heading to Gameworks (which is right next to the State Theatre) before and/or after the live riffing. Well, I'm planning on going to Dragon*Con in August, so I probably won't have enough dough to make the trip, but who knows. I'd love to go to this!!
I'd better start saving up now!!

I am definitely going to this, it's only a 5 hour drive for me.
I just don't get why they planned this so far off. It's like 9 months from now. I could have kid in that time!

I just don't get why they planned this so far off. It's like 9 months from now. I could have kid in that time!
Isn't it obvious? They scheduled it out that far because they refuse to do a show in Minnesota when it's warm.  |

I live in St.Paul so of course I will be there! Their launch party was fab so I am eager to see this preformance!!! |
