First off, it's always nice to see more women getting involved with riffing.  Next, I watched the sample and while I liked the jokes you have to do something to improve your sound quality.  A simple homemade foam or paper wind-guard may help with the hissing.  I guess it’s hard to tell from a short sample but your performance seems good and like I said, I liked the jokes.  Just improve audio quality.

It suddenly occurs to me that you did not request feedback yet I provided some anyway.  I'm sorry, for some reason I was convinced you had requested feedback when all you were doing was announcing your new short.  That was rude of me.  I apologize.

Oh that's ok - feedback is appreciated 

Thanks for the suggestions about the sound - I know that's part of the problem and while I did try and use audacity for the overall hiss, I couldn't seem to get rid of the "s" sound hisses. I'll try and use some of your suggestions next time and see if that helps.

I'm glad to hear it.  If you want you can leave rude comments on my previews or something.    For recording Rifftrax I bought a cheap headset off Ebay but before that I was usually impressed with how my old mic (came with my previous computer) sounded when I wrapped some packing foam I got out of a Figis box around the head of the mic.  But even a few layers of nylon might even do the trick.  I think I spent about twenty bucks on my headset.  One of the best investments I've made since I can use it for other things, like talking on Skype.
