You know, I've been doing a LOT of reading at that site, and I'm pretty much convinced that these guys just hate the very idea of movies.

Well personally, I think he likes movies and is just using this CAP thing as an excuse to watch movies that go against his moral beliefs.  It's an interesting dance of guilt.

And a way to make money, the site is plastered with donate buttons, and threats that new movies will not be done unless the funds come in first......

Also if he was doing it just for the kids why is he watching R rated movies?

I've been wondering what the hell all these 'CAPS Sins' posts have been about and finally found the site: fantastic stuff! The review for Sin City makes me want to put the DVD right back in: "assault with axe to the private parts" and "translucent nudity". Classic.

They claim it's to confirm whether or not their ratings system works right (i.e. that R-rated movies show up as R-rated movies), and to warn parents against the evils of corrupting your innocent 16-year-old children with material intended for an audience of 17 and older.
