Many, but if you tried to include every possible riff, they'd overlap each other frequently. This movie requires at least two separate tracks to cover all the angles, and each of those angles could be covered in so many ways that you could produce multiple riffs for this movie and still not run out of material. Of course, that'd also mean you had to re-watch the movie multiple times to hear all the jokes, and I don't think that's good for anyone's sanity.
Perhaps a "supplementary" Round Table Riff down the road at some point would be in order, after we've had time to recover from this particular round of viewing alongside the official Rifftrax.
When they were talking about the two robots being brothers, I was waiting for a riff on what it would have been like to give birth to two of those things!
When ?Blackout? (the helicopter-y Decepticon) transforms to 'botform in the city, and his rotorblades stow over his back (looking very much like insectoid wings), I riffed;
Boy, mosquitoes are *big* this year!
I'm surprised they didn't comment on the Terminator music ripoff when Prime was fighting Bonecrusher.

It's not that big of an insult. The Go-bot franchise was bought out by Hasbro a long time ago so they really don't exist anymore anyway. In fact, for a while there were some rinky-dink lines of miniature Transformers that were called Go-bots.

The guys really should have been more savage towards all the ridiculous product placement- especially the branded car, Mountain Dew machine and Xbox all in a row.
Yeah, they only made one or two jokes about the movie's most obvious insanity. Nokia, Mountain Dew, GM, Ho-Ho's, and other Bay movies, just to name a few shameless product placments.
