I just ordered "Top Gun" and "Point Break" used from Amazon.com today......... I feel so dirty........

Netflix doesn't have Point Break, and none of the Blockbusters around me do either. I ended up buying the newly released "Pure Adreniline Edition" at Best Buy. Tubular!!!!

Found one at a used store for $5. I was dreading having to spend $14.99 on the new one at Be$t Buy.

This is one of those rare movies where the sequel was much better. Point Break II Electric Bugalloo.
Ah yes, "Point Break", yet another of Keanu's wonderful--excuse me, I meant "most excellent!!!" 90s movies, in which he really rose to fame as the most talentless actor in Hollywood; an actor who is only capable of playing an idiot (Ted) or a really dull action hero (Johnny Utah, Just Johnny, Neo).
Oh yeah, this movie has Lori Petty in it, right? She's that girl who looks and sounds like a boy who was always in various B-movies in the 90s. She creeps me out.

I went ahead and bought the new version...i had 3 best buy bucks to spend.
I saw the old version used at Wherehouse music last night, but they wanted 9 bucks for it.

Why a Tuesday release?? I have to close that night at work on top of a carpet cleaning. Then I work all day Wednesday and then I have bowling that night! I won't get to it until Thursday at best!
I read some where that they wanted to stagger the releases....the world DOES not revolve around you Mr. Torso...JEEZ.

Usually they are avail in the mid afternoon EST. But who knows??
