oh my. ;D
you know as i think about it, they should get Trace Beaulieu to play Doctor Wily.
One of those things, you're glad it may be finally getting done, but the odds of it being messed up seem so high. At least get The Protomen to play something over the end credits.
There was a fan made Mega Man movie made several years back and it was actually pretty good.

QuoteTwentieth Century Fox's adaptation of Capcom's Mega Man is moving forward and will be helmed by the duo responsible for the documentary Catfish as well as found footage horror films Paranormal Activity 3 & 4. At this time, it's not clear whether the two will share writing and directing duties or splitting creative roles.
Twentieth Century Fox has reportedly tried to acquire the rights to the Mega Man franchise for years now and finally secured them earlier this year. Reports suggest that the studio has brought in Peter Chernin, Mike Ireland, and Ryan Harrigan to produce the movie.

Something tells me all interested parties have their eye on Sonic the Hedgehog. If the movie's a success, they'll push this forward so they can ride that train. If it flops, it will be pushed back into the depths of development hell.

I wonder about that too. Although is the Mega Man movie supposed to also be live action, or is it all CGI?
EDIT: Nevermind, the article does state it is live action. So yeah, it is quite comparable to the Sonic movie.
I like Ben Schwartz as a voice actor, but his Sonic voice is exactly the same as his Dewey Duck voice. So all I hear in the trailer is Dewey.
