Safety Woman's back, and she's more out of doors than ever! Yes, everyone's favorite crossing guard turned cosmic superhero Guardiana, seen first in the beloved RiffTrax short Safety: Harm Hides at Home (http://www.rifftrax.com/shorts/safety-harm-hides-at-home), is taking it outside, Dalton from
Road House style. But don't worry, she hasn't changed a bit. Still freelance architecting, still keeping kids safe with the pie plate and baton some aliens gave her, and still visiting her "favorite Aunt Margaret" -- deal with it, lesser Aunts!
Whether in boats, driveways, or crosswalks, dumb kids everywhere are getting themselves into trouble and needing saving, Guardiana style. She always shows up in the nick of time, er, well, after the nick of time, when the accident has already happened, then rewinds time and takes care of business. Teaching kids an important lesson: it doesn't really matter what you do, a foxy lady in a shiny suit will show up and fix it! So go nuts!

Well.... almost. It doesn't have M&TG mugging on it. ;)
Good short, good to see revisiting an old character. And odd little short, especially since it felt the need to revisit the "origin story" in such an excruciating precision. I also don't recall Safety Woman having the power to "rewind time" in the previous short but I guess it's a useful power to have when you're saving two idiot kids who decide to jump out of a perfectly good boat, especially when one of the kids jumps out of the boat when he's the ONLY ONE IN IT!
Also apparently it's okay (or common) for kids to just pack their hiking gear and to climb mountains.
And I ashamed at the guys for not making the "Nick Nolte" joke when we were shown the beat-up and abandoned VW bug.
I thought we already had a second one of these, I guess not...
Odd they repeated the entire origin story for both shorts.
