I don't have reauthoring programs on my computer so I use a home burner to make my rifftrax disks. I include the 2 minute intros in all of my recordings and the NTSC version of Wicker Man has a major flaw. After Mike gives the synch up instructions there is a 10 second pause. The pause comes between "We're back" and "and this is Wicker Man." I've downloaded the trax 3 times and it turns out the same each time. I would appreciate help in this. Thanks in advance.
I had no issues with my reauthor. But then again, I do mine a different way.
Also, there have been no reports by other people with sync issues on this one either via reauthor or normal MP3 player sync up.
I don't understand completely how you are trying to sync it up? Can you provide more detail about your process?

The only issue I had was the sync lines were a little off on this track. They've been pretty spot on recently, but on this one Disembaudio was a little off on all the lines.
I didn't do any reauthoring, just used the old iPod. But I had the same problem -- the long pause and then everything way out of sync. Fortunately I was able to use the first Disembaudio line to sync it up. But I couldn't get anything before that synced up (not that there was much before that).
The big pause is normal and intended, I saw it too. The problem lies in the "saturn logo" start point, which is a little confusing. I think you're just starting it at the wrong spot. Use Dis' first sync line to line it up, and the rest will be fine.

The big pause is supposed to be there. What problem is it causing you exactly?
The way it was described it sounded like you were supposed to go from the black and white text not the actual graphic for the company. I'll try again, thanks for the help.
You're right, this is confusing. I hadn't noticed the duplication until now.
Yeah, that threw me off too. Especially since Mike says to do it from the black and white text. Not the company logo.
i had some synch issues as well, fixd it with dis but hopefully it works better next time I watch wickerman
The funny thing is I synched it up perfectly initially. I unpaused after the movie logo, but I was unsure because it wasn't just like Mike described. Then when I saw the exact text in black and white, I thought I did it wrong, so I went back and resynched it to that point, only to find out everything was way off. :^)
Worked better synching from the logo, not the text. It just sounded like the 10 second pause was inserted mid sentence for Mike. Thanks a bunch.
We'll add in a note to the readme to clarify this issue.
