on the cover it says "Nilbog: Not a one goblin town" Should it be 'Not a one goblin in town'?

D'OH! That is what I get for cutting and pasting directly from the chapter sync sheet that came with the MP3. I changed the line to be "Time has not been kind to the Ewoks".

Oh Mr Torso, I've always wondered why your cover 3d display gives the spine depth, like it's a hard-cover book or something?
I think it is supposed to be two separate covers standing up. There are other styles but that is the only one that get the proportions of the spine correct.

I think you are experiencing the "Josh Way" effect where you have tons of covers to make and are nearing the finish line.
