I was ripping my Troll2 DVD tonight in preparation for my re-author, and I found this trailer on the DVD.
All I can say is 'WOW'...this one is going to be "DEEP HURTING"...

Wow I just watched the trailer with no sound at work....and really all I can say is WOW. Surprisingly though the picture looks really good!

Yeah, I compressed it quite a bit to make it as small a file size a possible. It still turned out ok.
I had never seen this one before.. and it screams pure MST
Deep Hurting is alive and well.
With masterpieces like this its amazing MGM went belly-up.

That could not have been Troll2, maybe the high school play version, but not what I just ordered via Amazon.com. What the????? I feel like the contestant on "Let's Make a Deal" who traded $5000 for what was behind the mystery curtain and it turned out to be a sack of potatoes. Man, this movie looks like a sack of something.
P.S. Eddie Rabbit looked very convincing as the villian.

A question to the longtime Troll 2 lubbers. Why do you all have such low post counts? What's about to happen to my brain that I'll log into sites, post a couple good words about Troll 2 and vanish without a trace? :^)
I have every Rifftrax so far, but I don't know if I'll be able to get though this one.

When your movie's heros are an elderly man and his grandson, you know that you have found cinematic gold. And if your main villian looks like Eddie Rabbit, even better.
Bring on the 80s and Troll2, bring it on I say.

Well, it may LOOK like the old man and kid are our heros, but anyone whos seen it knows the real hero of the movie is a double decker balony sandwhich... which is really even better.

I actually found the dvd with Troll1 and 2 at a store today. Just walked in, figured I would check just in case without expecting to find it.
And there it was.
So tonight i'm going to suffer through Troll 1 to get ready for the riffing of Troll 2 ... if I survive.
FredFlak, you're just causing yourself more pain by watching Troll 1 first... it's got nothin to do with Troll 2. good luck, though...

Actually if I recall correctly there is a really bizarre sex scene (with no nudity) where it has something that leads to someone getting killed by a lot of popcorn.
I laughed out loud at that when I saw it.
And I'll laugh even harder if there are any "DEEP HURTING" riffs in this one, as it would be quite appropriate.
