This makes Shake Hands With Danger look like a kids movie:
It is graphic but I laughed all throughout.

O...M...G....!Hilarious!
It's like a B-level villain manufacturing plant!
I wish I could have seen this, but Youtube pulled the clip due to copyright issues.
Here is another link to THE GREATEST SAFETY FILM OF ALL TIME!

This has to be the most awesome thing ever committed to film.
It is like "The Story of Riki" meets "Shake Hands with Danger".
Or Final Destination: The Blue Collar Edition
I finally saw Shake Hands w/ Danger and thought I'd mosey over here only to see the funniest thing I've seen all year:

What a great find and thanks, Torso!
I now have a new-found reason to live.
THANK YOU Random Safety Video.
The company that made it has a whole catalog full of stuff like that. I was going to buy it, but they are super expensive.

Will You Be Here Tomorrow and
Shake Hands With Danger are both included in this Cracked article, "The 5 Most Unintentionally Hilarious Work Safety Videos".
I wish I could make a copy of this internal safety video that we at the Postal Service have to watch every year. It's become the "Rocky Horror" of training videos since we all know the dialog by now, and all the plot points. If it wasn't a sin to post it on youtube, I would.
That factory has to single-handiedly keep unemployment low as they must always be hiring new workers.
I think the funniest thing about the video is that it doesn't actually try to teach any specific safety practice. It's just a long line of graphic (and hilarious) scenes of people getting maimed.

It is one of that company's "IMPACT SERIES" meeting openers. I guess you are supposed to play it at the beginning of your safety meeting. There are some other awesome ones that I wish I could find on the net.

Yeah, not quite sure I actually learned anything other than the video company cannot WAIT for CGI cuz they could add digitial brain bits later if they wanted..... and they will want.

I'd love to See Peter Jackson's safety video for WETA.
I want to know something, I normally find blood and gore to be abhorrent and evil, and yet I still laughed during this video. What does that say about me?
oh no. i haven't seen the original because of Youtube's copyright restriction :(

Well... perhaps I was a tad overzealous with the hyperbole.

I really need to remember to download a copy to my hard drive ASAP before it gets too late.
Looks like the Cracked article found a new link to it on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BswkYHQSLrQ).
Fortunately I remembered to download it to my hard drive before it gets yanked again.

Yes they did.
I know that this is quite an old thread but I had to share that my husband is a coal miner and they still show this video during his yearly safety class, He is currently waiting to shake hands with danger right now.
WAIT! HE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO! DON'T EVEN GIVE DANGER A KNOWING HEAD NOD!
