I haven't gotten the RiffTrax yet, but the line that always stuck with me was McConaughey's BRING IT TO ME!!!

I nominate the scene when McConaughey first appears on screen: when he pops his head out of the tank and it looks like he just woke up/squeezed out a stinky meat fart.
