Not, "La-boof"
No one La-cares.
I thought it was Shitty LezBeef.
I say it's pronounced however you need it to be to make the best possible joke at that moment. The use of "Le-beef" in that one Transformers line may have been the best Rifftrax joke of all time.
Ugh, these "celebrities" who suddenly decide that everyone is pronouncing their name wrong ages after they first show up.
Was going to be really disappointed if Garbage had suddenly decided that they're name was really pronounced "gar-BAGE"....
Wait, were they trying to make a joke off of this? (from wikipedia):
the surname LaBeouf is a variation of "le boeuf", the French term for "the ox" or "the beef"
If they did, they said it too often (and in such a manner) that it came off like they didn't know how to pronounce his name. I think they said it that way at least 5 times (in contrast to call him "la beef" once) and I dont recall them ever saying it correctly. The average person isn't going to know this piece of French either. My girlfriend cared to the point she wanted me to e-mail them about it, and most likely there are lots of others who care as well. It ruins the joke if you think they don't know how to pronounce the name of a fairly well known person. Don't get all offended over it, its not like there is an argument here, his name IS pronounced "la-buff".
I now expect a tripling of "lay-boof" lines in all future RiffTrax.
Also, Keanu Reeves is pronounced "Kay-on-oo", not Key-on-oo
And I think Lindsay Lohan is pronounced more like Lo-en than Lo-Han.
I don't know anyone who pronounces those two correctly either. I'm sticking with La Boof.

I thought it was pronounced Canoe ;)
It's Shaggy LegBarf, right? Am I pronouncing that right?
I'll continue to call him "That schmuck", thank you.
Schmucky LeButt?
I'm sticking with Chia LeDouche. Of course, I may just start calling him S**thead.
And by the way, it's also Hyacinth BOUQUET.
And it's short-LIV'd, not short-LIVE'd.
Shall we delve into "your" versus "you're" and such?
No, I think Rifftrax-mispronunciation is the order of the day. The issue of the...? I don't know expressions.
