Very funny rifftrax through and through, but I couldn't stop laughing over:
All the very harsh jokes about Orlando being a girlyman and about Keira's weight. LMFAO!
"Well if you're just unsheathing your sword now, you deserve that!"
And finally, the other really funny thing was the observation I'd never thought of about how stupid it was for them to try and kill Will Turner at the end because they still need him to break the curse. Hyuck!
My personal favorite:
"Even a good decision, if made for the wrong reasons, can sometimes be a bad decision."
"Like not watching pro wrestling on TV because you were attending pro wrestling in person."
"Shia LeBouf buys a yacht: Day one"
"Chris Matthews is saved"
"Thank you privates Fry and Laurie"
"...the size of two small fried eggs" :o
The jabs at people in "internet forums" were pretty funny. I'll have to re-watch it to remember the others I really laughed at.
What are these "internet forums" of which they speak?
"You're Next"
"We're pretending to be Nicholas Cage movies!"
I don't know why but that one had me laughing for five minutes.
Love the jokes about Kira's lack of boobage and going from calling her a cow to calling her a twig. Great stuff all around..
"Are we the comedy relief? Do we even have names?"
That one had me on the floor. :D

So many people get that wrong, but Mike got it exactly right. :^)

Actually they could just drag his bleeding body over to the chest, wipe the coin on it and drop the coin in no problem.

I was suprised there were no comments (that I remember) about how these otherwise bloodthirsty violent pirates weren't going to rape Keira. She's not who they need for the ritual, so they let her off on the island with Jack and only want the dress back. Make all the flat chested jokes you want (and she's not THAT flat), but these guys aren't exactly choosy. Plus, Barbosa says that he can't feel anything, but when he grabs the dress, he says it's still warm.
All of that aside, I still really like this movie. It's like nobody pulled Verbinski aside and confided in him how bad this was SUPPOSED to be, being based on a them park ride and all. It made for a very funny Rifftrax, too.

Kevin actually.
As for lines:
"Sponsored by the Rope Council. Rope: It's what's for hanging.""Who among us has paid the blood sacrifice owed to the heathen gods?"
"Ted has!"
"And who's blood must yet be paid?!"
"Ted...again.""Die you clean shaven bastard!""Your Wilhelm Screams are useless against our sabers.""Well my gun proved useless, but I've got a good feeling about my sword's chances."Pointless ninja flip!

I forgot about that one! I burst out in laughter at that. So perfect and it was correct too. (I always thought it was Select then start.

They were about to, but let her go as per the agreement with Will.
"Hey baby, want to play organ grinder?" LOL! :D
Not to analyze a Disney movie too deeply, but I suspect Barbie was lying about the dress being warm to get a laugh and embarass her.

Uh, that was intentional. He knows he can't feel, they all know they can't feel, yet they throw in the snide remark that her gown is still warm...
a remembrance of when they were holed up in Tortuga with plenty of wenches at their disposal? A snide remark to Keira's character about her being the only woman on a boat full of horny men? You decide.
As for my favorite line: hands down it was from Mike - "Ye Olde Thunderbucket" HAHAHAHA!!! I'm actually going to make a sign and put it on the wall behind my commode!!
Loved the line about Leibniz perfecting the calculus. And also the ref to The Danielsons.
Mike's dancing alley cat bit when Will and Jack are fighting in the rafters. Meow meow! He is disturbingly good at that! :P
Johnny Depp/Jack Sparrow: "I love that song!"
Mike: Good, because you're contractually obligated to love it.
Any of the lines mocking Disney's attorneys and track record of harassing litigation were also good.
They should have addressed Walt Disney's ties to the radical right while they were at it.
*monkey falls off cannon into water*
"ugh, bad dates."
I love ROTLA references.

I am referring to Walter Elias Disney, not the subsequent corporate behavior.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walt_Disney#Testimony_before_Congress
Disney (the man) once advocated turning hoses on his own employees. It's a fact, Jack.
EDIT: Disney (the man) lost employees like Ub Irweks, Walt Kelly, and Carl Barks due to his reactionary politics. It's a fact, Jack.
"Elizabeth!"
Mike (as Redd Fox) - I'm comin' to join ya', honey!
"That is too bold."
Mike - "BBQ sauce bold."
I LOVED "No, Leibniz perfected the calculus!"
It MADE my day.
Also: I once ate an entire muskrat raw.
I was drinking chocolate milk at the time and nearly died.
EDIT: though, they missed one. At one point some character yells, "WHAT"S IN YOUR----" and I don't know what the next word is, but Rifftrax majorly missed out when they didn't yell "WALLET!" immediately after. it just played in my head so automatically I can't believe they missed it.
