The Lathe of Heaven!
« on: June 18, 2008, 12:19:41 AM »
Yes, in the tradition of Public TV Pearl, we have another Sci-fi novel to Public TV (on WNET no less) adaptation! Imagine "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" with an even lower budget! Considered as a masterpiece by the 5 or 6 people who managed to tune in at the time, this one has as much loaded potential!

I support it, simply because it has Lathe right there in the title! :^)

You forgot the best part, Pak-meister.  Because of the low production budget, that lathe is necessarily rudimentary!
