Trim Time

Anyone have the exact trim time for the RT/XFiles MP3? The first sync line in the readme points to a subtitle. I chopped out 2:40, but the sync is off considerably.  :-[

Not sure how you do your sync but I just used the first audible cue instead of the subtitle cue.
