A few of my favorites that no one seems to have mentioned yet:

"A movie so dry it actually cleans up spills and messes."

"This bone fragment is covered in Whos!"

Mulder: "This was laid recently."  Mary Jo: "Unlike us."

"The conspiracy goes all the way to Dumbledore!"

"Were these helicopters sleeping with the director?"

"His smug, self-righteous aura absorbed most of the blast."

"Why does viscous equal scary?"

I think this one pretty clearly benefited from the extra writers.
I thought I was Dale.

I just follow Bill around now and punctuate most things he says, out loud.

I think this one pretty clearly benefited from the extra writers.

Danke!!   :)

Do you use Victor Borge's method of verbal punctuation?  I've tried, but it requires an agile tongue.

When they were back in the alley with the big puddle in the background

"Wow, he peed a LOT!"  I had to stop the player I was laughing too hard.  I'm sure I missed a couple jokes because of it.  Ah well, just means I have to watch it again.

(PS I've had to replace a line in my Nightmare on Elm Street fan-riff because it was just way to similar to a line in this, but even so it got a laugh with awesome delivery.  It was the "they painted the walls with dead smurfs" line.  That'll teach me to take months to finish a riff I guess.)

Good for you guys!

Other favorite lines not mentioned:

Movie:  "Mulder believes in him."  Bill: "Well, Mulder believes in Alf."

"The Fox Mulder re-enters his hole, signifying another 6 weeks of this movie."

"Why is he afraid?  He's an old guy and it's a Lincoln Town Car.  They're natural allies." (I think I paraphrased this, opps.)

"Because I'm Hillary Clinton, dammit!"

Goes on my short list of best riffs ever.  ;D

"Ohhh, the Angelina Jolie monument is lovely at night."

"The secret world government meets every Thursday at the Drones Club." (Actually, that would be pretty cool.)

And ditto what Mary Jo said about mucus. Ewwwwwwwwwww.

My favorite had to be the Lost shoutout when Terry O'Quinn showed up.  As soon as I started the track I was like "I sure hope they reference that Locke was in this before he became famous on Lost."  The writers don't always go for the obvious shoutouts in these situations so I was glad to see it here.
"Did she just say Chipping?"
