*clears throat* Um, uh, anyway! I'm currently on ep 817: "Horror at Party Beach".

Even though I never thought of it beforehand since I was so used to seeing it out of order, I actually like seeing the Sci-Fi Channel induced storyline in order.

Or, uh, something like that.

Assuming that's the one with the speedo joke in one of the cutaways, I've been hoping to watch it again for quite some time (It was the first episode of MST3K I ever watched, back when it was actually on TV and I was just channel surfing at random). Shame it's non on DVD, I had to order a bootleg.

Finished up I Accuse My Parents. This was one I've been meaning to watch for a while, since it's always one of the first to come up whenever I do an episode search on Netflix or at my local library. It was a bit hit-and-miss for a while, but towards the end it finally hit stride and finished quite strong. And all the little breaks were terrific, from the Mads accidentally cooking the stripper into the cake to the dance sequence to the Bots and Joel exploring main character Jim's psyche. So, overall a decent episode, but one that takes some patience to get to the really good stuff.

Whoa, weird. I just finished watching that one :P

It was alright. There were some good ones here and there, but overall not one of their better episodes. The skits were good in this one, though (I especially loved the opening gag when Tom tried to bring Crow's temperature down to absolute zero)

Finished watching (for the *counting fingers* seven hundredth time) "Time Chasers"

Currently watching "The Incredible Melting Man". Nice horrible movie and good riffing! It's also interesting in this one how we see the character of Pearl Forrester developing on her own. (with all apologies, whining in bed and bothering poor Dr. Forrester, albeit funny, was a bit annoying)

I just watched Phase IV from the KTMA season for the first time and I really enjoyed it.  I have all the KTMA episodes that are available but I have been avoiding them in favor of watching season 1-10 eps.  I thought Josh was quick and witty as Servo-I can't believe he was only 17-18 years old at the time.  I don't want to tell you what I was doing at 17-18 years old.  Definitely not "starring" on a cult TV classic.

I prefer Mike as host, but I've really grown to appreciate Joel.  I love how Joel uses sight gags in relation to the movie.  I don't really recall Mike doing that much during the SciFi years, although I could be mistaken.

Master Ninja I and II.
I enjoyed them better this viewing then my first (which was some time ago). They were funnier then I remembered.

Just finished watching "The Girl in Lovers Lane"

Just started watching "The Painted Hills".

I'm re-watching Season 5 to see if Joel had left clues that he would be handing over the helm to Mike. Aside from Mitchell, there didn't seem to be any.

It's probably been covered by Kevin or Mike in any number of books, but I imagine it must have been a challenge to the writers...IE: "Do we want to interrupt the flow of MST:3K and hint to the viewers that Joel may be leaving and maybe soften the blow for faithful viewers who grew to love Joel? ('maybe' being the big keyword here) Or should we put Mike in, following the spirit of the show, not to drag it on and hope that the viewers will understand?"

I just got through watching Werewolf. I must say seeing Mike dressed up as a woman will have me going into therapy for weeks. I think he dressed up like Captain Janeway in Laserblast... yup, lots of therapy for me.
