FYI, this is incredibly potent for the first 24 hours but quickly loses its scent (stench).  My mom got me one for my birthday.  It looks nice though.

I used to have a Strawberry Shortcake air freshener that was like that.  It choked the life out of me the first day, then faded completely.  Then when I finally threw it away, the smell somehow came back and my car smelled like Strawberry Shortcake for the next three years until I sold it.  It was like a scent ghost.

I dont understand the point of car air fresheners.   Why on earth would the inside of your car ever be smelly?   Are people just pigs and have old food and gym socks in the car?    Good lord people, have some pride!

Honestly, when I was 13, one of my friends (who was 19) used one of his socks as an air freshener.  Even had it hanging from his mirror.

Of course, this was also the guy who handed me his car keys to peel him an orange, while the car was driving on the freeway... it wasn't the best car.  :-\
