Well it would take a while to explain the logistics, but have you ever seen "A Clockwork Orange"?  Yeah it was a lot like that.

I handle them well. The people below me make sure the work is done on time or i give them paper cuts between there toes.

It wasn't exactly a job and the doctors didn't want to concern me with words like responsibilities...they said it made me too irritable.
