PAL?
« on: February 20, 2008, 06:04:28 AM »
I'm really looking forward to hearing the Reloaded Rifftrax, but I've got a PAL DVD. Just wondering why there isn't a PAL version yet. All the previous RiffTrax that have come out recently have had both from the beginning, including Jurassic Park. There IS going to be a PAL one right :P?

Every now and then the transition is a bit more tricky, they're working on it, you can be sure of it.

Not sure how different the two versions might be, sometimes it can be pretty significant.

It's simply that a combination of 2 things, I was away most of the week, and then there was a US holiday on monday so I forgot which day it was coming out and didn't have the DVD in hand (I don't own this one). Hopefully one will be on my doorstep in a few hours.

If you purchase a RiffTrax that does not have a .riff file or a PAL version available, they WILL be made available to you once they are added.  So if you ever get one by accident, you will be able to get it as soon as you would otherwise.

Of course, there will always be the rare exception that does not allow us to create a .riff or PAL file, but they do not happen very often.  It is probably best, if you require one of those two formats, to wait until it shows up on the product page.

Bathtub does make our PAL files, and when it is done, it will show up with the other Matrix Reloaded files in your "My Files" section.

Uploading now, so shouldn't be too far off.

This is uncut as far as I can tell. But I can't vouch for the UK version until someone tries it.

I work REALLY hard on the site. (Not the forum so much.) I'd love it if you bought me a beer via PayPal!

Cool, thanks!  ;D

I will be watching the UK version at some point today, so I will let you know if there are any problems, probably won't be though.

I altered the speed of the NTSC one and it syncs. perfectly with my UK version so it appears to be unedited (no headbutting this time, apparently).
