From out of left field: Does anybody not like Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure? Seriously.
Obviously, it's no masterpiece, but it is one of my favorites.
How about Casablanca? I kinda liked it better than Citizen Kane.
I liked
The Maltese Falcon and
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre far more than
Casablanca, which didn't really have much of an effect on me. I mean, I guess it's pretty good, but there are many films that I like more than it, including
Citizen Kane.
What about some animated features?
The "Toy Story" movies are something I think we could all agree on. If you hate those you clearly have no joy in your soul.
I've only seen the first, which I loved as a kid. I haven't seen it since, so I can't really comment on it.
My favorite animated movie of all time is
Heavy Traffic -- now THAT is a movie! Damn good.
