Yeah, I think it was intentional. Otherwise what's the point of the riff? "We prostrate ourselves before you" isn't particularly funny.

Yes, but to be funny, it also has to make sense. We prostate ourselves before you isn't particularly funny because it makes no sense. "We prostrate ourselves before you" plays up the sycophancy of the ones they're riffing.

Puns have to make sense, though. There was nothing to do with prostates or urological studies at all in that scene. A pun isn't a pun if you're just substituting a similar-sounding word.
