Looks a bit like the Amityville style.  Maybe that was the issue with it.  It can be yours for a smidge under $200,000.

You're right about the Amityville house, that might be the problem. Both houses are Dutch colonials. I wonder if there's usually a problem selling Dutch colonials because of that movie.

Still, it's a sweet house. I'd live in it even if it was haunted.

That kind of house for $200,000? You'd probably be looking at double that here the UK.
