Cin Tit DVD covers
« on: December 27, 2007, 06:36:56 AM »
Since the Cinematic Titanic DVD's are being shipped in paper sleeves, I assume certain folks like myself will make their own DVD covers.
Please post 'em here when you get them done...

Edit:

Here is my standard case. A little harder to make these one's as there isn't much to go on for material.

They did say that they will have them, so I'm assuming the covers are coming later.  Just like the live show is coming later, and the downloadable file is coming later.

Here's my version of the CinTit Cover.  I'll admit now that its a shameless imitation of JoshWay's MST template, but hey!...if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I haven't even seen him in the dap chat room recently, I think he's pretty busy.

I'm sure I'll be making one so here's my spot.  Patterned after Joshway's MST3k Covers.  Hope you like it.  Silhouettes will form a full picture with future titles on spine of cover.

I've been playing around with some thing, but man...... without ANY hi-res or medium-res materials to work with, it is hard to put something together that is not horrible looking.

I tried some things, but my WIP draft has been laying around awhile as I have not been hit by the inspiration fairy yet.

Since it is safe to say that NONE of these movies will have any hi-res materials, I was toying with having a small movie poster in a movie marquee frame (MIA on this draft so far!) that just reads "Now Riffing On".    :-\

Now you know the timetube stuff was from a worlds fair? I'm wondering if the unedited image might be larger/clearer.

Anyone have a line on the font used for the title? I have come close but can't find the ringer.

...

Did Cinematic Titanic actually create the title screen for The Oozing Skull? I assume they must have, due to the fact that they were required to change the name of the film. That title shot looked pretty pristine compared to the rest of the opening credits.
