I'm just wondering, is the Ultimate Edition Riff file for 5th Element for an Ultimate Edition DVD, or is it a special riff, or what?

Yes there are two versions of the Fifth Element on DVD. A regular edition and an Ultimate edition (that had an extra disc and new packaging).
