Huh.  That's quite interesting, cheers Duck!

And you thought it was just a coincidence that the same channel that had "Hercules" and "Xena" had "Beastmaster" and "Cleopatra 2525", huh?   ;)

That does make more sense out of the night schedule, that's for damn sure.  As someone who works nights and is at the mercy of network tv to find anything entertaining while on my lunch break I've seen a lot of crap.  Then I discovered one of them shows Scrubs at 1:30.  I was amazed!   ;D

Where I live, the latest example of that is the talk show that that guy who wrote "He's Just Not That Into You" got....

It played at 10am for awhile but then it got moved to 2am until the contract ran out (I guess).....

Another offshoot of this is when it comes to Oprah...she evidently even commands what time of the day she's on.  Our local CBS has the show and they show it at 4pm - despite the oldest running soap of all time, "Guiding Light" being on the network at that hour.   Instead they record "Guiding Light" and show it at 10am the next day (Friday's cliffhanger shows Monday morning!) because Oprah must be shown at 4pm..

Weak Sisters would be a wicked awesome band name.

And Plan 9 isn't easy to riff, it's just that everybody in the universe has already riffed it themselves.

When are they gonna do that missing Gamera movie?
