Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

That guy looks kinda Dungeons and Dragony or Everquestrian.  Am I in the right ball park or should I scrap this line of thought?

You're in the right ballpark, but you're not thinking of the right franchise.

Is it Strahd von Zarovich from "Ravenloft"???

(I'm pretty sure it isn't....my first guess was Sir Gawain because of the green on the carpet....but I'm just tyring to move the game along)  ;D

Nope.  I'll give you a hint:  he's a character who comes from an expansion pack for a game originally released in 2006 (the expansion pack is from 2007).  He's a rather odd old chap (then again, perhaps "chap" isn't the right word - he may appear human, but he isn't).

Oh....now my brain hurts.... :-[

Now I've gotta get back to researching characters....

Additionally, the game on which the expansion pack was based was involved in a Wikipedia feature article not too long ago.

Yep, it was the good ol' Prince of Madness.  Probably my favorite Daedric prince.

And the thing you just posted, if I'm not mistaken, is a picture of Horus.
