Had a scheduled visit by an Enrolled Agent of the IRS from the nearby Charlotte office yesterday.. She was here most of the day, checking our work and processes, and my procedures as a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA)..
Overall I think it went well, though it took the wife an hour and a half to find one client that she misplaced
She was simply gathering information to forward on to those that process the IRS Form W-7, which I won't know the results of for a couple months or so.. Around the time my 4 year contract comes up for renewal.
If for what ever reason I am not renewed for another 4 years, it could spell the end of our tax business. I guess all I can do is wait and see

I use the 1/8" comb when I do mine, then let it grow out to about 3/4 before cutting it again...
