No, those are all how the people of the listed countries depict that sound that cats commonly make or, to put it another way; if you asked a person from that country to say what noise a cat makes, those would be the answers.
I see.  That makes sense.  Dogs don't actually say "bark" and ducks don't actually say "quack", but we ascribe those noises to those animals nonetheless.

And my "No" there was in reference to what the subject of that picture is. It's not about animal language, it's about how different human languages give different words to the same sound.

Yeah that weirded me out when I heard it too, but I guess it's like, your mother's poop carries some important antibodies in it and some people didn't get those antibodies naturally for some reason and it becomes a problem when that person gets certain infections.
