I still don't know how that worked in the comics. Seems pretty stupid, even for how goofy these movies are willing to go.

In a recent interview they said they were building to as many as five a year. I would VERY much like that to be the case.

In the meantime, I think two is too few for sure, especially when they are putting them close together like they are doing next year.

I love Agents of SHIELD though, so at least I'll have that, Agent Carter and the Defenders series...

I just looked it up and the whole Squirrel Girl defeating Thanos is apparently just a running gag where you don't see how she did it. I really don't see that happening in these movies.

I kind of want to see Guardians of the Galaxy. Which is weird, because I don't really like the Marvel movies very much.  Partially it's Chris Pratt, but it's also hearing that it's "goofy."  I like goofy superhero movies more than "gritty" ones.

It's not really even a super hero movie. It feels the least like a Marvel movie than all of them (though there is a villain and all of that).

It is much more Star Wars than a typical superhero movie.

It's not really even a super hero movie. It feels the least like a Marvel movie than all of them (though there is a villain and all of that).

It is a goofy, funny, all around enjoyable summer blockbuster that's only real tie to superheroes is the Marvel logo and some minor plot points involving rocks.

Then again, we are, in general, well past the point where just slapping the Superhero label on a movie does any real justice to actually describing it (it's like thinking of Animation as a genre). Point is, it's a good movie, definitely the best of the summer.

You mean the short films on the blu rays? Yeah, to a degree, but they were talking about, say, and Iron First movie running before Captain America or something like that.

Currently they just use those films to fill in minor gaps mostly.
