X-Mas Poll
« on: October 10, 2006, 10:13:52 PM »
Couldnt find the post for the X-Mas poll even though it seems like there has to be one lurking somewhere under a reply button or smiley somewhere.

Anyways, thoughts?

I would love to see Jingle all the Way.
Multiple reasons
1 Arnold
2 Sinbad
3 that's not enough?
4 It was made in MN which has huge riff potential for the Mike and possibly others since thats where they made mst3k
5 I'm from MN so riffing on the mall of america perhaps?

yeah... Christmas turned up zero results... 4 pages worth ;)

When searching, always go to the top forum and then perform the search.  You get results from every board then.

Since when is "without" written as "with out" in the context you used it in?

Expect a call from the grammar police, Mister! ;)

yes there was... and I linked to it... :)

Ok, besides being a perfect example of why I don't frequent message boards
A Those posts don't mention the poll on the front page now
and
B I said when I looked around, If it was so important to conserve posts you wouldnt be spending as much time and message board space (which is negligible by the way) telling me how wrong I am

A) The poll is brand spanking new (younger than this thread you created).  How could we know that the mods would create a poll BEFORE they created it?  I remember now, Keebler magic.

B) Spreading the same exact converstation out amoungst 4 and 5 threads is counterproductive.  Sticking to the established threads means that everyone that is interested in a certain topic benefits from having one concise place to discuss it with others.

That is not a statement to try and stagnate conversation, its mearly trying to slow the forum sprawl that kills most forums.

Ever been to a forum where there are 20 different conversations going on about the exact same topic and you don't know were to jump in so you leave more confused than when you were when you arrived?  It's all over the place.  So lets try and keep our little corner of the intranets tidy so that it is more accessable to newcomers.
