Fake Generations Rifftrax
« on: August 03, 2007, 02:35:32 PM »
I finally got copy of this and for whatever reason I can't stop saying DisembAudio's lines in that awesome deadpan:

"I'm going to say words on the Rifftrax"

"Look at that guy"

Great stuff!

They should have included it with the real Rifftrax.  I want to hear this.

Rifftrax released a tor-rent of the Generations mp3 that had the full intro and after 3 or 4 real jokes they start talking about how "this feels like a pirated rifftrax" and they make jokes about not paying for the track and they make fart noises and stuff. It was pretty funny.

That is brilliant!

Can it still be found?

Maybe someone could put it on Youtube or something?

My favorite bit was the water bottle cap sounds that Rifftrax removes on the real ones...

Good one, Mike!!!!

Brilliant.

Was it littered with Disembaudio's "subliminal" BUY MORE RIFFTRAX! message?

Actually no. That was only in the intro like the real one.

I synced this up to the first 2mins of the movie (you know, the part where it ends) just as a little extra for the DVD I made. Would there be an interest in me uploading that somewhere for everyone to check out? Or would that even be okay to do?

I did the same, but with the intro as well, identical to my actual reauthor... except for where it's not.  I even threw in colorbars when the audio cuts to the tone at the end (my editor can generate them).  It's just too funny to pass up.

Is there a new link for the fake RiffTrax? The one in this thread is dead.

Does anyone have a copy of this ?

It sounds hilarious, I was looking in here to see if any lines were missing in the txt document before I sync it up to the dvd. But a fake Rifftrax mp3 would be awesome to listen to.

Thanks to whoever can upload this.
