dateline to catch....
« on: August 01, 2007, 10:37:52 PM »
an i-jacker?

should any be suprised or blame anybody for stealing an unattended ipod?

i mean if you were walking by and saw a bag on a bench with no one at all around it that had an ipod what would you do?

i myself would leave it there cause i don't like ipods, but i mean would you blame someone for taking it?

In college I could've had a collection of jump drives. People forget those things in the library often. I'd use the computer and if they didn't return while I was there, I'd leave it. Hopefully they would return to still find it there.

You might think I'm crazy but every time I forgot mine, I'd return to the computer and it would still be there... golden rule man.

i know its a golden rule, especially when you are raised by a church going mom and her alone :$

but i wouldn't make a news story about people stealing unattended whatever i like.

i mean once i got my wallet stolen in high school cause i left my locker open.

i didn't try to make a news special about it, you know?

meh, golden rule applies to more things than church values, in fact I'm not sure church has anything to do with it

hmm........

think you is confuzuled friend.

treat others how you'd like to be treated.

thats almost all religions really even if they don't come out and say it.

anyways i didn't say church had anything to do with it really. just said when you are raised by someone who is big church going, more than likely that rule well be well known. said alot and all.

:)

think someone mays be crabby.

meh, stand by what I said

golden rule has little to nothing to do with religion . religions adopt it.

Stealing is wrong. The moral decision shouldn't require a whole lot of thought. Unfortunately, as Dateline showed, a lot of people just don't think, period.

I don't think it's anything new, however.
