Robin Sparkles, "Sandcastles in the Sand" (from How I Met Your Mother, for those not in the know) is now stuck.

Every day my partner and I deliberately insert this song into each other's heads:

The other day I posted the lyrics to "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship on the blog.  I don't remember why, but it seemed funny at the time.  Now I'm paying a terrible price and have that song stuck in my head HARDCORE.  I blame Meshach Taylor.  Damn you, Hollywood Montrose!

Went to a bar I didn't want to go to last night and the band playing has now wedged "Wanna put my tender heart in a blender, watch it spin around into a beautiful oblivion... rendezvous then I'm through with you" in my brain. Considering putting a drill bit right into my head to get the song out of there.

well I just posted something about Wakeshima Kanon's still doll so now I have the intro stuck in my head. ... Hi Miss Alice...
it's the most recent Gothic Lolita song I've gotten so that "Hi miss Alice" is looping in my head as I'm working on my new dress and web surfing.
Knave! Why aren't you Dancing!?

Now a woman who'll kiss on a very 1st date,
Is usually a hussy,
And a woman who'll kiss on the second time out,
Is anything but fussy,
But a woman who'll wait 'till the 3rd time around,
Head in the clouds, feet on the ground,
She's the girl he's glad he's found,
She's his Shipoopi.

Shipoopi, Shipoopi, Shipoopi,
The girl is hard to get.
Shipoopi, Shipoopi, Shipoopi,
But you can win her yet.

For 24 hours now. Over and over and over....

Well, thank you Taco Bell.

Thanks to your latest ad campaign,  Rupert Holmes' Escape (aka The Pina Colada Song) is now firmly wedged in my brain.

Argh.

unfortunately, a friend played Dio's "Holy Diver" and "Rainbows in the Dark"at the bar the other night...and I can't get them out of my head...

but in between catching up on rifftrax, I've had Pixies - Surfer Rosa playing a lot.

I usually just get riffs stuck in my head. Right now it's one from Edge of Sanity's 'Crimson'.
